Cyber Ambassador of the Month July - Alexander Scotney.
Alex decided to become a Cyber Ambassador because he believes that it is now a critical skill to keep yourself safe online, especially with most of our lives involving being online in one way or another.
He wanted to inspire and develop the next generation of cyber professionals, highlighting that cybersecurity isn’t just for stereotypical nerdy or geeky people.
He enjoys the fact that no two days are the same in his job; there is always a new challenge to overcome, a new problem or issue that arises and needs solving. It is also very rewarding to know that the work he does on a day-to-day basis matters and contributes to the wider business.
